February Meeting - Engineering a Solution for Rehab of Underground Channel in Baltimore City

Hydraulic, Structural, and Construction Challenges for 19th Century Stone and Brick Trenchless Underground Stormdrain Culvert Relining in an Urban Area Environment. 

Michael Wilmore is a civil engineer with over 30-years if design and construction experience including the last five years as a Project Manager with Baltimore City DOT. His strongest expertise is with drainage design and interdisciplinary integration. He is a licensed in Maryland and DC and has an MBA in addition to an engineering degree. He is heavily involved with many professional societies and community groups, has taught college level engineering courses, and was the original founder of this committee in the mid 90s.
