About Us

Chesapeake Bay Environmental Water Resources Institute is an EWRI Chapter whose mission is to advance the science and profession of engineering in the Environmental and Water Resources disciplines by:

• Promoting policies and practices that enhance environmental and water resources issues within the Chesapeake Bay region.
• Facilitating dialogue between engineers, environmental scientists, developers, government agencies, citizens groups, and other stakeholders with the objective of better understanding and increasing the effectiveness of environmental and water resources enhancement policies and practices.
• Contributing to the betterment of environmental and water resources polices.
