Neil Lambrecht
Neil Lambrecht is an Engineering Director and the National Civil Discipline Lead for the Buildings division at STV Incorporated. A registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, District of Columbia, and New York, Mr. Lambrecht has 27 years of experience, with 24 years of those being with STV Incorporated and working in the Baltimore City area. The focus of his work has been on land development within Baltimore City on residential, mixed use, and industrial developments. Some notable projects include Port
Covington/Baltimore Peninsula, Uplands Redevelopment, Silo Point, UMB Biopark Gateway, McHenry Row, among others. His experience spans the range of land development, including site, grading, utility, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management plans.
Mariceleste Miller
Mariceleste Miller is a Senior Civil Engineer at Daft McCune Walker, Inc. A registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Ms. Miller has 26 years of experience, with 7 years of those being with DMW. Ms. Miller provides design, production, and completion for commercial, residential, and institutional land development projects to include grading, sediment and erosion control, stormwater management, road, storm drain, water, and sewer design. Her emphasis has been in the area of stormwater management and water resources, mainly in Baltimore County and Baltimore City. Within the field of stormwater management and flood studies, Ms. Miller has expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic computations utilizing such programs as TR-55, TR-20, HEC-RAS, HY-8, and others. Some notable projects include Port Covington/Baltimore Peninsula, Baltimore Therapeutic Treatment Center, Lansdowne High School Replacement project, 4529 Harford Road (Enolia), and Water’s Landing.
Prior to her engineering career, Ms. Miller taught and tutored secondary mathematics and science for more than 7 years, with more than 3 of those at St. Paul’s School for Girls. Ms. Miller has used the skills developed within the classroom to train staff and conduct seminars for the development community over the years.
